LED waterfalls create the effect which is very much as it sounds.. It appears that water is falling down the strings. The speed can be adjusted so you can make it like a rapid or just a gentle stream.

The effect can also look wonderful when used with a small dimmer and, for some reason, when heavily dimmed, the lights look like it is snowing.
